Legging differences:
Regular leggings - tight around the legs and features a tight scrunchy elastic waistband
Yoga leggings - looser around the legs and has an elastic free wider waistband (more comfortable)
Tights - same as regular leggings but have feet built in and are a bit thinner material.

Regular leggings - has a tight scrunchy waistband and tighter in the legs. Has pretty good stretch
Yoga leggings - has a wide more comfortable waistband with no elastic, looser in the legs but tends to run small so size one or two up!
Tights - same as regular leggings only with feet so due to that can only stretch so tall and are slightly more see through then the other two options
Size chart is the last image on the listing! It is important to pick the size that is closest to your measurements. When in doubt, go a size up (or go a size up if you're towards the end measurements of a size) or better yet, ask me for sizing help!
