This is a Made to order, pre order style item! Once purchased it'll take 3-6 weeks to process/make before it ships! 

I do not guarantee deadlines that aren't messaged to me before purchase. So please ask if you need it by a specific date before ordering

I do not accept returns or exchanges on made to order clothing/apparel (which this is). Made to order clothing is custom made after you order it to your design picked and sized. 

Please note in my policies I do not accept refunds or exchanges on seams not lining up. With sublimation this is a hard process to achieve and completely out of my hands. Please understand this when you order. 

I also do not refund for items not fitting, it's imperative if you have any slight doubt to contact me on sizing

men's fit - looser, more box like fit great for those looking for a baggy fit 
women's fit - tighter, tapiers in and designed to be smaller and more form fitting. Runs small

When in doubt, order a size up! Pay attention to the "measurements" in the size chart, just because you're normally an XL clothing does not mean you will be in ours. 

Size chart is the last image on the listing! It is important to pick the size that is closest to your measurements. When in doubt, go a size up (or go a size up if you're towards the end measurements of a size) or better yet, ask me for sizing help!

women's hoodies do not go up into the 4X or 5X range, but mens style does!

I do not return, exchange or refund if your clothing item doesn't fit. Please make absolutely sure you're positive on your size as these are made to order custom made to your measurements when ordered and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

This is a custom commission! that means i have not designed it yet. All custom orders please add 1-3 weeks on top of make/shipping times as I need to design it first then submit it too you for approval!

once it's approved it'll begin the normal process of 3-6 weeks to make then ship! thank you for your kind understanding
